PLANO, Texas (Oct. 22, 2026) – The Toyota Crown Signia returns for the 2027 model year by continuing to offer a sophisticated blend of elegant design, premium comfort, and capable performance. As a modern Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) worthy of the storied Toyota Crown name, the Crown Signia remains a standout in the lineup, providing drivers with a unique combination of sedan-like handling and SUV versatility. For 2027, a new “Inked” exterior paint color comes to Crown Signia, and the Advanced Technology Package, previously optional on the Limited grade, will now be standard on the 27MY Limited grade.
The Toyota Crown Signia comes well-equipped at a Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) that starts at $44,890 for the XLE grade and $51,155 for the Limited grade, excluding Delivery, Processing and Handling fee. Elegant Design and Premium Comfort The 2027 Crown Signia features a dynamic profile defined by a long, sweeping roofline, a monochromatic grille, and wide fenders. The exterior is complemented by color-matched design elements and available 21-inch wheels. For those seeking a personalized aesthetic, the Limited grade continues to offer an available two-tone exterior paint option, pairing a sleek black roof with colors such as Storm Cloud, Oxygen White, Finish Line Red, or Bronze Age.
Inside, the cabin is designed as a sanctuary. With seating for five, the interior features standard leather-trimmed, heated, and ventilated front seats with three-level adjustment. The premium atmosphere is enhanced by soft-touch materials, bronze-metallic finished accents, and a fixed panoramic moonroof on the Limited grade. Practicality is at the forefront, with a 60/40 second-row fold-flat seat design that creates a 6.5-foot-long cargo area, offering over 68 cubic feet of storage space when seats are folded flat.
Signature Hybrid Performance and AWD At the heart of the Crown Signia is the standard Toyota Hybrid Electric Vehicle system. This powertrain utilizes a 2.5-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine paired with a hybrid transaxle and a bi-polar Nickel Metal Hydride battery. Delivering a manufacturer-estimated 38 MPG combined rating and 238 total system horsepower, the system provides a balance of efficiency and power.
The vehicle comes standard with electronic On-Demand All Wheel Drive (AWD). Instead of a traditional transfer case, the system employs a rear-mounted electric motor to provide power to the rear wheels when needed, such as during cornering or in slippery conditions. This system allows for precise driving force distribution between 100:0 and 20:80, enhancing both fuel efficiency and driving dynamics.

Drivers stay connected through the Toyota Audio Multimedia system, which includes standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Additionally, the vehicle includes 5-year Connected Services trials for Safety Connect, Service Connect, and Remote Connect. It has a 30 day or up to 3GB trial for Wi-Fi Connect. Limited Warranty The 2027 Toyota Crown Signia is backed by Toyota’s 36-month/36,000-mile basic new-vehicle warranty, along with additional 60-month/60,000-mile powertrain coverage. Hybrid-related components are covered for 8 years/100,000 miles, and the HV battery is covered for 10 years/150,000 miles.
Every new Crown Signia also includes ToyotaCare, a plan covering initial factory-scheduled maintenance for one year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, and two years of Roadside Assistance, regardless of mileage.
